Md. Anisul Islam, a visionary entrepreneur, co-founded Dvive Limited in 2022, building on his success with CloudWell Limited, which he established in 2013. As CEO of CloudWell, he created Bangladesh’s leading Aggregated Assisted Retail Network with 46,000 partner merchants, leading to its acquisition by a Singaporean venture. Previously, he pioneered online purchasing trends at SSL Wireless and British American Tobacco (BAT).

Mahbubur Rahman, a distinguished Chartered Management Accountant and lawyer, co-founded Dvive Limited with Anisul Islam in 2022. As a Frontiers Consulting Ltd (UK) and YesCash director, he oversees governance, risk, and audit functions. With a background at British American Tobacco, BASF, Peregrine, and BATA, Mahbubur specializes in compliance, including ABAC, AML, and Criminal Finance. He has held leadership roles such as Global Audit Manager and Company Secretary.

With over 19 years of dynamic business development and innovative marketing experience in leading banks and multinational corporations.

Over 11 years at a leading UK payment institution, excelling in compliance, business development, operations, and IT, and helped achieve the highest market share in the UK-to-Bangladesh remittance corridor.

Brings over 12 years of expertise in developing enterprise applications, having worked with a leading US SaaS provider and led a team as the lead architect for an e-wallet-based system.
